Okay, those of you that have been following this mindless rabble that i call a blog will already be aware - we have not been what you call lucky in the way of pets around here. In fact, I believe we have lost two cats in as many years - although I'd have to check the archives to be sure. Nine lives my ass! In our defense, one died while in surgery to be fixed and the other was hot by a car - so we are not exactly to blame.
Anyways, we are trying again. This one is strictly indoor and oh my good heavens is she adorable. Well, see for yourself:
This is Lola. The latest addition to the Canucklehead family. She is SUPER young and still a bit nervous but we are pretty confident that things are going to work out just fine. I've confident enough that I'm willing to post about her - and that is saying something.
Anyway, a happy turkey day to all my fellow Canuckleheads - I'm all full of a combination of drinks right now so I'll apologize in advance for the typos. I really do love Thanksgiving - oh, that reminds me - happy birthday to my little sister Sarah as well. No matter how old you get - you'll always be my little sister. Oh shit - she doesn't read this blog anyway. Oh well - I love her and I hope she has a good birthday!
And now onto sports, my Leafs had their asses anded to them by the Penguins of Pittsburgh who showed that they were clearly the better team - to the surprise of nobody. In tomorrow's news - I'm fairly confident that my Bills are gonna beat on the Browns which make me fells moderately better - seeing as I'm apparently always rooting for the underdog. I'm also currently undefeated in my fantasy football league. I know - I'm as surprised as you but you can check it out HERE if you don't believe me.
And now onto weather .. which sucks. OK - that's all for tonight show .. I'm going to go drink and/or try to coax a kitten out from under the furniture - good times all around. I've already had my turkey dinner but I hope you all enjoy yours -- either tomorrow form Canadians or in a few months time - whenever the hell you Yanks have yours - a day or two before Christmas/ Whatever.
